Another picture from New York, that you already saw in the gallery.

This one was taken in lower Manhattan, a couple of blocks from Ground Zero, in Battery park.

I was a bit surprise by the result of this photo. Because I was trying to get a nice picture of the statue

for the last 30 minutes, but without any success (the horizon was obscured by some kind of “fog”).

When leaving the place, to get to the airport, I made a last try directly in front of the sun.

And here is the result: I really love this photo, because of all the characters in the front.

This photo express very well  the peaceful atmosphere we were feeling.
